Ms. Estep brings over two decades of educational experience to her new role as Principal of Walton Ferry Elementary. She has served as the Elementary Instructional Coordinator for Sumner County Schools for the past six years. Prior to that, she was an instructional coach for four years and spent 11 years as a classroom teacher.

Throughout her career, Ms. Estep has been dedicated to fostering student success, empowering educators, and building strong, supportive school communities. Her leadership is guided by a commitment to collaboration, innovation, and a deep passion for creating meaningful learning experiences.

It's a privilege to join such a welcoming community. I look forward to working alongside the incredible teachers, supporting families, and most of all, our amazing students. As both an educator and a parent, I am deeply invested in our schools and passionate about continuing to create a nurturing, engaging, and inspiring learning environment for all.
