2 proofs of residence
Certified copy of official Birth Certificate
Social Security Card

Attendance Policy
Each student is expected to arrive at school between 8:05 and 8:40. Students arriving after 8:40 will be marked Tardy and must be signed in by an adult in the office. After 5 attendance events (absences, tardies, early dismissals), parents are notified of the accumulation. Delinquincies will be reported to the County Attendance Officer. In the case that your child needs to leave school early, a parent will need to check them out in the office. Any child leaving school before 12:05 will be considered absent that day.
